Fall Fest
Well, I really wanted to say thanks. I ate so much for $30 it was very unlikely that you made any money off me.
I had a great time seeing Ken, Alex, Chris, Jon, Michelle, Ada, and Steve again. Congratulations to Carrey and Dave for having kids. That is not new news, but it was news to me.
My apologies to the naked people I ran into on the beach at 3:00 a.m. Looking good though ;). Haha, to be honest between the dark and my drunkeness, I really could not focus well, so any testimony that I would give in a court of law could certainly be easily disqualified...
I cannot believe Tater is soooo thin. I could not believe that Gretchen is still so young and pretty looking. That is soo unfair considering she is older than me! I suppose some folks just have good genes. Even Charlie does not look a day older, and Stan looks a little better than I remember (thanks for the dinner conversation, you are a patient guy to listen while I discuss the one thing you probably do not want to discuss and have to ad nauseum).
Congratulations to Ada and Ben, again not really new news but new to me. It was very nice of them to agree to bring their cooler around to our campsite. We harrassed them until they did it and then passed out after having half a beer each. It was good they were so nice because me, Ken, and Steve were so lit!
I had a a great time walking around the camp at 3:00 a.m. I went out to prayer point, down to the water front, and then walked back to the campsites. I was surprised how little I needed the flashlight. It was like a night out with FOG, but I was disappointed there was no change in the weather. It is probably for the best as I am not sure where my robes are. Anyway, I am also disappointed I did not get poofed, although several members were there. I stunk so bad by the end of the day Sat, I could have used some powder.
It was awsome to go running down floods drive on such a nice and sunny day, Sunday. I nearly puked, but it was awesome nonetheless.
Well thanks Boomer, Helen, Taley, Carey, Chuck, Dave, Tater, respective spouses, and anyone else I am beholden to for that great couple of days in the woods but whose name escapes me. The food was incredible, but the accomodations were a little rustic. Lol, hope you see that is a joke :P. Most of you guys were in the past for me, and it was really special for me to see everyone again.
