Tater,

I want to thank you and and all the people who were there  early helping out with getting everything ready.There was a lot to do and a short time to get it done. We had a board meeting on Monday and made up many list of things that worked, things that did not work,and recommendations for next year. It seems to me that the main recommendation was more planning and a lot more help.We are going to need a lot more people like yourself who might be willing to get there as early as Thursday night (IF POSSIBLE) so we can start setting up early Friday morning. If we could get 8 to 10 people who are willing to miss a day of work and get there as early as possible it would be a big help. Just a thought with a lot of time to plan for next year.

Again, I as a board member  want to thank you for all of your hard work and to everyone else who helped the board put this together. Fall Fest  is a work in progress that will help Chanco become a major part of more childrens life as we make this bigger and better. We need to get more kids attending Chanco and are interested in any suggestions on getting Chanco in kids lives. Any suggestions are welcomed by  the board.
