It has been a few years since I have been to camp, and am sure there have been some changes.  Now in the 21st century, there are cell phones, Ipods, various hand held video games.  What are the new rules regarding all the new gadgets that could take away from a meaningful camp experience, also, Are there any other new rules that have taken place since the early nineties..When the biggest question from campers at the canteen is "How Much is a 25 cent stamp"?.....
